Julie Maloney, M.A. is president of Julie Maloney Inc. (JMI). Julie brings 20 years of experience working in complex, multinational corporations. She has delivered 1,800+ hours coaching senior executives, mid-upper level managers and emerging leaders/high-potential Millenials.
Julie’s own management and HIPO career includes past roles as: Vice President of a start-up, boutique consulting firm; Chief of Staff to the Senior Vice President of the largest operating division of The Coca-Cola Company; and Manager in the IT consulting practice of EY. Her professional publications include a Neuroleadership Journal article on how corporate leaders are using mindfulness practices to decrease stress and improve results (Volume 2, December 2009). This article was recently chosen for publication in the first-ever textbook of the Neuroleadership Institute, The Handbook of Neuroleadership (late fall of 2013). She has designed and taught a workshop on “mental leadership” for Microsoft’s Senior Leadership Bench program for six years running.
Julie holds an M.A. in Sociology from Brown University and a B.A. in Sociology from Loyola University. She is professionally trained and certified by the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and the International Coach Federation (PCC). She is also certified in a variety of psychometric instruments and coaching methodologies, including the Core Values Index (CVI) and Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching (SCC).
