Krishna Kumar is a pioneer in Executive Coaching in India and is the Founder Director of the Intrad School of Executive Coaching (ISEC). He specializes in the Inner Coach methodology that brings together concepts and practices from sports psychology and organizational behavior to enhance performance of senior managers in the corporate world.
An active member of the international coaching community, he is the Vice President of the International Association of Coaching (IAC), and is also a Member of the IAC Governing Board. Actively involved in popularizing the use of coaching as a means of personal and organizational development, he is a Founding Fellow of the Harvard Medical College based Institute of Coaching Professionals Association (ICPA) and is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) by the Center for Credentialing and Education (USA).
Krishna is an USPTR certified tennis coaching professional and his passion for sports, especially tennis, resulted in the Kinesis Tennis Academy, an organization that is today rated amongst India’s best professional tennis training institutions. In 2011 he received the USPTR India Coach of the Year award.
Krishna has contributed to and has been profiled in several leading publications of the day. In addition to his coaching acumen, he is a Mechanical Engineer, received an MBA from one of India’s premier institutions, and holds an advanced management certification from INSEAD.
