Shirzad Chamine is the author of the New York Times' best-selling, Positive Intelligence, and is Chairman Emeritus and former CEO of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
A preeminent C-suite advisor, Shirzad has coached hundreds of CEOs and their executive teams. His executive client companies have included Agilent Technologies, Apple Computer, Charles Schwab, Hewlett-Packard, Google, Matsushita, Oracle, Visa International, and Wells Fargo Bank.
Prior to running CTI, he was the founder and CEO of an enterprise software company that pioneered performance management and automated coaching software. His background includes PhD studies in neuroscience in addition to a BA in psychology, an MS in electrical engineering, and an MBA from Stanford.
Shirzad lectures at Stanford on Positive Intelligence. His popular speeches available online include a Stanford TEDx speech and a speech in the Authors@Google series.
