Do you wish you had long-term team
coaching contracts instead of running
1-day team building sessions?

Organizations need advanced team coaches who can steer them through periods of transition - especially in today’s VUCA world.

You are familiar with the fundamentals of team coaching, but how do you shift your teams into the next level and beyond?

You need to coach the team as a whole, as well as each team member individually within the group. Without a proven methodology, you will find yourself at the epicentre of a team in crisis. They are looking to you to coach them out of it.

How do you empower teams to implement a framework that would help them achieve their goals while delivering great results to the organization as a whole? How do you develop your team coaching skills so that you can confidently and consistently improve team communication and dynamics?

Are you prepared?

Here’s What People Are Saying About
Professors Peter Hawkins, David Clutterbuck & GTCI:

“It's the idea that the team itself is an organism that has its own ability to think - which is not the same as just adding up what each person's view is. That something happens in the space between that interaction, which is an emergent phenomena that is very important from a team - a coaching - point of view.”
