• A set of experiential activities are planned that will create personal relevance and build confidence with this first tool for every attendee.
• Application of the tool suite for individuals will be reinforced by a demonstration of coaching. We will invite an audience volunteer to receive live, authentic coaching working with information gained from the True Tilt Profile.
• Following the demonstration, a second tool, Team Tilt Profile, will be explored to demonstrate the application of character science to team development and effectiveness.
