Live Coaching Demonstration with Peter Bregman

Session length: 90 minutes

2019-10-03T17:00:00-04:00 Thursday, October 3rd 17:00 EDT

Peter and his client worked together for six months as part of a large-scale coaching project. This is their first coaching conversation since early 2017 and their first live demo together.

Peter will begin the session by sharing his methodology, including the Bregman Partners definition of coaching and an overview of his QUICCTM Results Coaching Process. He will then coach his client for thirty minutes and facilitate a debrief. Because this is a live coaching session, there is no way to know exactly what will happen. During the debrief, he will explore, with you, his choice points and actions, and he will dive deeper into his methodology, including how he incorporates Emotional Courage principles in his sessions.

As you listen to the session, listen for how the session outcome fits into his client's larger goals, each stage of the QUICCTM process, and the way in which Peter helps his clients take and plan for future action.

Key Learning Takeaways

  1. Why it is important to clarify a 12-month focus for the client.
  2. Why each stage of the QUICC™ process is important.
  3. How to apply the concept of Emotional Courage in coaching.
